Bioware, stop ruining Mass Effect 3 multiplayer!

They’ve done it again, The multiplayer of Mass Effect 3 has been haunted once more by “balancing” action.

Look at the latest changes:

  • Saber Assault Rifle – Damage increased from [389.0-486.2] to [427.9-534.8]
  • Talon Pistol – Encumbrance reduced from [1.25-0.7] to [1.1-0.6]
  • Scorpion Pistol – Encumbrance reduced from [1.5-0.9] to [1.1-0.6]
  • Reegar Carbine – Encumbrance increased from [1.75-1.0] to [1.75-1.25]
  • Krysae Sniper Rifle – Damage reduced from [531.2-664.0] to [476.0-595.0]
  • Hunter Mode Power – Base damage bonus decreased from 10% to 5% – Rank 3 damage bonus decreased from 5% to 2.5% – Base vision range decreased from 20 meters to 15 meters – Evolution 5 vision range bonus increased from 50% to 60%
  • Smash Power – Base cooldown decreased from 8 to 5 seconds – Base damage increased from 500 to 550 – Range increased from 6 to 8 meters
  • Shockwave Power – Base range increased from 10 to 16 meters

Once more, Bioware is ruining Mass Effect 3’s multiplayer – in the name of balancing.
Let Rabidgames ask you a question: Why?
No one asked for it. It was fine. And balance? What do you mean balance?

Mass Effect 3 has a cooperative multiplayer. It is not competitive. So what are you talking about?
And then some of those changes are outright stupid: Nerfing Hunter Mode? Are you insane?
It’s that useless fiddling around which takes the fun out of this multiplayer. Soon there will be no reason to play certain classes … why not disabling Decoy and biotic explosions on Gold? After all, Tactical Cloak has been nerfed to only work randomly now …

At the same time, the Vanguard glitch is still there. Why don’t you care about real issues?

Rabidgames shakes his head: After becoming weary and tired with the multiplayer anyway (after dozens of hours of fun admittedly), this idiocy might be another nail in the construction of the coffin where Mass Effect 3 might rest in peace (to be revived to play it again in a couple of years maybe). The moment to bid farewell is nigh.
